Returns, Refunds or Replacement

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the issue(s) must be due to an error on our part.

We will not be responsible for:

1. Error(s) made when the order was placed, including typos.
2. Damage that occurred during shipping.

But, if we made a mistake, we will work to make it right.

Resolution Process

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to notify us of any issue(s).
